About Cloud DevOps Solutions
We are a founder-led cloud and DevOps consultancy, started by an engineer with a background in operating production infrastructure.
We started Cloud DevOps Solutions to help with common problems: teams spending engineering time on infrastructure firefighting, cloud costs growing without visibility, and organisations that need serious DevOps capability but cannot justify a full internal team.
Why we exist
Most engineering teams are good at writing software. Most are not resourced to operate the infrastructure beneath it, and that gap is where systems fail, costs spiral, and engineers burn out.
We fill that gap. Either as an external team that operates your infrastructure (business hours, extended or 24/7 cover, depending on the plan and confirmed in the written scope), or as project engineers who come in, fix the problem, and hand it back with documentation that actually makes sense.
Whether you are setting up your first AWS account or planning a larger migration, the approach is the same: assess honestly, design clearly, build with code, and document everything.

Everything as code
Where practical, infrastructure is managed as code (for example Terraform or OpenTofu) and pipelines live in version control. Runbooks are in your wiki, not our heads.
No vendor lock-in
We favour open standards and cloud-native tools. When an engagement ends, you keep the code, documentation, and runbooks produced for you.
Async-first
Clear written communication, async updates, and a structured check-in cadence mean you always know the status.
Transparent pricing
Project scopes are written and approved before we start, and pricing is confirmed in the written scope.
