Kubernetes Consulting Services

Kubernetes consulting for EKS, AKS, and GKE from a CKA-certified founder. We architect, harden, and operate production Kubernetes clusters, from initial setup to multi-cluster GitOps deployments.

We plan and implement Kubernetes work for production workloads, including those with strict compliance requirements.

Pain points we fix

Kubernetes is powerful but complex to operate

We configure it correctly: resource limits, pod disruption budgets, autoscaling, and ingress.

Unsure which managed Kubernetes to choose

We evaluate EKS, AKS, and GKE against your cloud footprint, compliance requirements, and team skills, then document the recommendation.

Cluster upgrades break workloads

Add-on version mismatches can cause upgrade failures. We test upgrades in lower environments first and maintain rollback runbooks.

Workloads crash under load

Misconfigured HPA, no pod disruption budgets, or missing resource limits cause cascading failures. We audit and fix each of these.

Security posture is unknown

We run CIS Kubernetes Benchmark checks and remediate findings, covering RBAC, network policies, image scanning, and secrets management.

Multi-cluster management overhead

We implement GitOps with ArgoCD or Flux so cluster state is declarative, auditable, and reproducible across environments.

Our process

  1. 01

    Platform selection and architecture

We help you choose between EKS, AKS, and GKE based on your existing cloud, team skills, compliance, and workload types. Deliverable: architecture decision record.

  2. 02

    Cluster provisioning

Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for the cluster, node pools, networking, IAM/RBAC, and add-ons. All state stored in remote backend with locking.

  3. 03

    Workload migration and hardening

Services migrated to Kubernetes with resource tuning, health checks, autoscaling, and network policies applied before traffic cutover.

  4. 04

    Ongoing operations or handover

Either a full runbook handover with team training, or ongoing managed operations through our Managed DevOps service, with cover confirmed in the written scope.

Technologies we use for this

Each page explains how we run the tool in production and when we would pick something else.

Who you will work with

Engagements are led by a named senior engineer, not passed to an anonymous team.

We publish results only when a client has approved them. See how we publish case studies and a sample report.

FAQ

EKS vs AKS vs GKE, which should I choose?
Choose EKS if you are already on AWS. AKS if your organisation runs Azure. GKE if you are on Google Cloud or want its autoscaling options. We evaluate based on your footprint, team skills, and compliance requirements.
How do you approach CKA-level Kubernetes work?
Our founder holds the CKA certification, and we follow the official guidance from each provider for EKS, AKS, and GKE.
What does a production readiness review cover?
Resource requests and limits, pod disruption budgets, horizontal pod autoscaler, liveness/readiness probes, RBAC, network policies, and ingress configuration.
Can you help us migrate between Kubernetes platforms?
Yes. We plan and execute migrations between self-managed Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, and GKE, aiming to minimise downtime.
How do you handle Kubernetes upgrades?
We track the upstream release calendar, test add-on compatibility in a lower environment, and execute rolling upgrades with pre-agreed rollback triggers.
Do you offer ongoing Kubernetes support?
Yes, through our Managed DevOps service. We operate your clusters including upgrades, node pool management, and incident response. Cover options are business hours, extended or 24/7 depending on the plan, confirmed in the written scope.
