Services

What services does Cloud DevOps Solutions offer?
We offer AWS and Azure cloud engineering, Kubernetes consulting (EKS, AKS, GKE), CI/CD pipeline engineering, Terraform IaC, Managed DevOps (24/7 SLA), cloud migration, monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus, GitOps with ArgoCD and Flux, logging with ELK and Loki, SRE and incident response, Docker containerisation, Ansible configuration management, and backup and disaster recovery.
What is Managed DevOps?
Managed DevOps (DevOps-as-a-Service) means we operate your entire DevOps function, infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and on-call, under a monthly SLA. Your developers focus on building features; we keep the platform running.
Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. We have engagement models for Series A startups setting up their first AWS account, through to enterprises migrating 200 services from on-premises. We also offer white-label services for agencies.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
Primarily AWS and Azure. We also support GCP, multi-cloud setups, and hybrid on-prem/cloud architectures. We hold AWS, Azure, and CKA (Kubernetes) certifications.

Engagement

What engagement models do you offer?
Monthly Managed DevOps retainer, dedicated DevOps engineer (staff augmentation), project-based work with a fixed price, and white-label services for agencies. See our Engagement Models page for details.
Do you have a minimum contract length?
Managed DevOps retainers are month-to-month after an initial 3-month stabilisation period. Project-based work is milestone-billed with no lock-in beyond the agreed scope.
How quickly can you start?
For Managed DevOps, we typically onboard within 2 weeks after an initial assessment call. For project-based work, we can usually start within 1-2 weeks of scope agreement.
Do you publish your prices?
No. Pricing depends on stack size, team count, SLA tier, and scope. We respond to all quote requests within one business day with a specific number.

Technical

How do you handle security?
Security is applied from day one: least-privilege IAM, CIS benchmark compliance, CVE patching, secrets management (Vault or cloud-native KMS), network policies, and image vulnerability scanning. We treat security as an ongoing practice, not a one-off audit.
Do you use Terraform for everything?
We strongly prefer Terraform for infrastructure as code. All cloud resources we create or manage are codified in Terraform with remote state and CI/CD. We avoid ClickOps and manual console changes.
What monitoring stack do you use?
Prometheus and Grafana for metrics, Loki for logs, and OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing. For alerting: AlertManager routing to PagerDuty, OpsGenie, or Slack. We define SLOs and track error budget burn rates.
How do you handle on-call?
Under a Managed DevOps retainer, we take on-call entirely, P1 incidents get a first response within 15 minutes, 24/7. We use PagerDuty or OpsGenie with follow-the-sun rotation.

Locations

Where are you based?
Cloud DevOps Solutions LLC is registered in the United States. We work remotely with clients in the US, UK, Europe, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. There is no walk-in office.
What time zones do you cover?
We cover US Eastern, Central, and Pacific time zones during business hours. For Managed DevOps clients, we provide 24/7 on-call coverage across all time zones.
Can you work with clients in the Middle East?
Yes. We have experience with UAE and Saudi Arabia data residency requirements, including AWS me-central-1 (UAE) and Saudi data localisation rules. We can also work in Arabic business contexts and accommodate Gulf time zones for critical-path work.

Process

How does a new engagement start?
It starts with a free 30-minute call (book via Calendly). If there is a fit, we send a written scope of work with deliverables, timeline, and price for approval before any work begins.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any technical discussion. We treat all client information as confidential as standard.
What happens when a project ends?
You get all the code, documentation, and runbooks in your own repositories. We write documentation that means your team can operate the platform without us if you choose. There is no vendor lock-in to our services.
