We are a small team that does serious work. If you are a certified AWS or Azure engineer with real production Kubernetes experience and you want to work on interesting infrastructure problems, we want to hear from you.

We are remote-first, outcomes-focused, and we do not measure productivity in hours.

We grow slowly and deliberately. When we hire, we look for engineers with AWS or Azure certification, hands-on Kubernetes experience (CKA preferred), and a track record of production infrastructure work.

What we look for

AWS or Azure certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Administrator level)
Hands-on Kubernetes experience, CKA certification preferred
Production experience with Terraform IaC
CI/CD pipeline engineering (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
Clear written communication, async-first team
Honest advice over pleasant-sounding advice
