• Enquiry data: When you submit the contact or quote form, name, email address, company name, country, and message content.
• Calendly booking data: If you book a consultation via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling information. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• Analytics data: If you consent, we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, referrer). No personal identifiers are sent to Google Analytics.
• Cookie data: Functional cookies for the cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies only if you consent. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry or quote request (legitimate interest / contract performance).
• To schedule and conduct consultation calls (contract performance).
• To improve the website and understand which content is most useful (legitimate interest, analytics, with consent where required).

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). You may request deletion at any time.

• Resend: Email delivery for contact form submissions. Data processed in the EU/US.
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata.
• Google Analytics 4: Website analytics. Data only sent if you consent.
• Calendly: Consultation scheduling. Subject to Calendly's own Privacy Policy.
